Rice – 200 g
Cucumber – 1
Tomato – 1
Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Fresh greens, salt – to taste
Method of cooking:
Boil rice, add fish, chopped fresh cucumber, tomato, spring onion, parsley and dill weeds. Season the salad with sour cream blended with mustard. Add some salt.

Pasta – 100 g
Onion – 1
Garlic – 2 cloves
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Method of cooking:
Boil pasta in salted water till it is ready. Oil fry chopped onion crushed garlic.
Mash pink salmon with a fork, put it on a frying pan and heat well.
Put pink salmon on pasta and mix gently. Sprinkle finely chopped greens over the dish.

Carrot – 2
Onion – 2
Egg – 4
Mayonnaise – 200 g
Salt – to taste
Method of cooking:
Boil potatoes in their jackets, carrots and eggs. Cool them down and peel. Thin-cut onion in semicircles; pour it with boiled water and leave for 5-10 minutes to get rid of its bitterness. Finely grate carrots and potatoes. Grate separately egg whites and yolks. Mash pink salmon with a fork.
Put them in layers: pink salmon, egg whites, carrots, onion, potatoes and yolks. Grease each layer with mayonnaise.
