Recipes of canned Squid


Squids are easy and nutritious and can be served as self-starters; it is advantageous to set off squids with the juice of a lemon, olives and herbs, and as the main ingredient for salads.
Squid «Aquamarine» – is a Far East squid, recognized by the experts for its world best taste. Tender squid dishes will become original an exotic ornament of a celebratory table.

Squid TM «Aquamarine» skinless – 185 g

Quail eggs – 4
Cherry tomatoes – 4
Pitted olives – 150 g
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Soybean sauce – 1 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese – 30 g
Salt, pepper to taste
Salad greens, leeks
Method of cooking:
Cut quail eggs and tomatoes half, mix in a salad bowl with squid, add lettuce, onions and olives. Season with olive oil and soy sauce, salt and peppering mix. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese on top.

Ingredients:
Squid TM «Aquamarine» skinless – 185 g

Cucumber – 3
Eggs – 2
Cheese durum – 300 g
Mayonnaise – 150 g
Method of cooking:
Cheese baskets: Grate cheese on a grater. Grease a 10-12 cm in diameter plate and sprinkle it with cheese tightly. Melt cheese in the microwave, cool slightly and shift the inverted glass. Put in refrigerator until cool. So make baskets of all grated cheese.
Filling: Cut cucumbers into strips. Chop eggs. Mix with squid, salt, mayonnaise and place in refrigerator to cool. Before serving, spread out in baskets.
Garnish with black olives, lettuce and lemon.

Ingredients:
Squid TM «Aquamarine» skinless – 185 g

Cucumber – 1
Boiled eggs – 4
Leaf lettuce – 1 head
Green onion – a small bunch
Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
Black pepper, salt to taste
Method of cooking:
Rinse the cucumber and cut into large strips, eggs – diced. Break lettuce with hands. Share on a salad dish, on top add squid, cucumber, egg and finely chopped onions. Add salt and pepper, and season with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.
