Cabbage – 300 g
Carrot – 1
Onion – 1-2
Potatoes – 4
Salt, spices to taste
Method of cooking:
Peel the onions and carrots, grate carrots on a grater, cut onions. Blanch vegetables. Shred the cabbage. Boil the potatoes until soft, add the cabbage and Aquamarine anchovy in tomato sauce with beans, boil, and add the blanched vegetables.
Decorate the ready borscht with parsley.
