Recipes of canned Krill meat

Krill is small Antarctic shrimp whose fishery is carried out in Antarctic waters – an ecologically clean area of the ocean. Krill meat is a unique natural source of vitamins (A, D, B vitamins, folic and pantothenic acid, biotin), the most important nutrients (calcium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, copper, molybdenum, phosphorus, and iron) and bioactive> «Aquamarine» – krill meat is an elite product. The delicate flavour of juicy shrimp is the perfect complement to the exquisite sea lettuce.
Canned fish «Aquamarine» are produced according to high quality standards. Do not contain preservatives, colouring agents, flavour enhancers and GMOs.

Cucumbers – 1
Eggs – 3
Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
Green onion, salt to taste
Method of cooking:
Cut the cucumber into cubes. Boil the eggs hard and cut into cubes as well. Put together the krill meat, eggs, cucumber, chopped green onion and 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Avocados – 1
10 % sour cream – 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
Dry white wine – 2 tablespoons
Chives – a beam.
White grape juice – 2 tablespoons
Tomatoes – 2
Curry — ½ teaspoon.
Salad greens, lemon – for serving
Method of cooking:
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit. Sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid the darkening of slices. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, the onion – into small circles. Mix the krill meat with the onions and diced tomatoes. Make the sauce from the sour cream, wine, juice and mayonnaise, and season with salt and curry. Pour the krill, tomato and onion with the sauce, mix gently and put in avocado halves.
Serve on the lettuce leaves and garnish with lemon.
