The Sardine – is an Atlantic fish which has high nutritional and energy value due to its high content of polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids. In cooking, the most popular canned sardine, from which original, useful and flavourful fish salads are cooked. «Aquamarine» sardines are made from selected fish. Through the use of natural spices and minimum salt content, the fish preserves the natural flavour and nutritional properties. A rich variety of formulations – sardines in oil, blanched in tomato sauce with smoked flavour – allows you to find your favourite flavour. «Aquamarine» canned fish is produced according to high quality standards. Ingredients:
Sardines in oil TM «Aquamarine» – 240 g

Cherry tomatoes – 6
Arugula – 150 g
Raisins – 2 tablespoons
Grated parmesan – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice to taste
Method of cooking:
Steam raisins. Put the «Aquamarine» sardines in a salad bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice to break arugula and chop the tomatoes. Add the cheese and raisins, season with olive oil. Add salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
Blanched Atlantic Sardines in oil TM «Aquamarine» – 240 g

Rice – 170 g
Boiled carrots – 2
Canned corn – 340 g
Hard cheese – 150 g
Fennel, saffron
Method of cooking:
Mash the sardines with a fork. Share layers of corn, grated cheese, carrots, sardines, rice. Sprinkle with dill and dry ground saffron.

Lettuce leaves – 100 g
Sweet yellow pepper – 1
Cucumber – 1
Cherry tomatoes – 10
Pita – 2
A beam of green onions
Olive oil, lemon juice, pepper to taste
Method of cooking:
Cut the pepper and cucumber into cubes, split the lettuce by hands, or chop coarsely. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves. Chop the green onions finely. Stir the vegetables, lettuce and herbs. Whip the olive oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper, and pour into the salad and mix. Divide the sardines into pieces. Put the salad on the pita, and the pieces of sardine on top.
