Sardinella in oil TM «Aquamarine» – 240 g

Eggs – 2
Olives – ½ can
Tomatoes – 2
Onion – 2
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt, sugar, ground black pepper to taste
Method of cooking:
Cut the onion into half rings and fry in oil until golden brown. Boil the eggs and cut into four parts. Cut the tomatoes into four parts.
Mash the Aquamarine sardinella natural with oil with a fork into small chunks. Mix carefully all the ingredients in a salad bowl.

Boiled rice – 200 g
Potatoes – 100 g
Onion – 1
Crackers – for breading
Fennel – 50 g
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt — ½ teaspoon
Method of cooking:
Mash the sardinella with a fork into small chunks. Boil the potatoes, grate and mix into the fish. Add salt and pepper. Dice the onion and sauté in vegetable oil. Finely chop the herbs and add along with the onion and rice ready for stuffing.
Gently mix by hand and sculpt cakes medium size. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
