Sprats are Baltic fish, a delicatessen №1 of canned fish. The recipe of cooking sprats has not changed since the beginning of the last century. Manually stacked fish, smoked characteristic taste and unique flavour are the distinctive features of high-quality sprats, the perfect complement to the holiday table.

Ingredients: Smoked Sprats in oil TM «Aquamarine» – 240 g

Tartlets – 20
Mayonnaise – 150 g
Tomatoes – 2
Hard cheese – 200 g
Method of cooking: Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, grate the cheese. Mix the cheese with the tomatoes. Lubricate the inside of tartlets with mayonnaise, put the tomatoes and cheese, and send in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Put the «Aquamarine» smoked sprats on top of the ready hot tartlets, and decorate with mayonnaise.

Ingredients: Smoked Sprats in oil TM «Aquamarine» – 1 can

Brown bread – 15 slices
Cucumbers – 1
Butter – 100 g
Green onion
Method of cooking:
Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Thinly grease the sliced bread with butter, top with slices of cucumber. Put two fishes on top of the cucumber. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Sprats in puff pastry Sprats in puff pastry

Cooking time: 30 min;
Ingredients: Smoked Sprats in oil TM «Aquamarine» – 240 g

Puff pastry – 500 g
Egg yolk – 1
Vegetable oil (for greasing the pan)
Method of cooking:
Roll out the dough, cut into squares.
Lay sprats (1-2 chunks) on one half of the square, and close with the other half.
Share the pastry on the oiled baking, grease the dough on top with beaten egg yolk. Put in a pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
