Recipes of Smoked Sprats pate


Pate sprat is a perfect fish delicacy made from smoked fish, fresh vegetables and natural seasonings. It is prized for its unique taste and the subtlety of cooking.
Pate sprat «Aquamarine» is tender and fragrant, with soft texture and bright tangy flavour. Pate is prepared from smoked natural sprats with the addition of natural spices.

Ingredients:
Smoked Sprats pate TM «Aquamarine» – 240 g

Sand baskets – 20
Cherry tomatoes – 10
Quail eggs – 10 pcs.
Chives – a beam
Method of cooking:
Boil the quail eggs. Cut the cherry tomatoes and the eggs in halves. With pastry syringe, fill the baskets with Sprat paste, lay gently the half tomato and half egg on the paste.
Decorate the basket with chives and serve.

Ingredients:
Smoked Sprats pate TM «Aquamarine» – 240 g

Bread – 10 slices.
Hard cheese – 150 g
Mayonnaise – 100 g
Method of cooking:
Put neatly the sprat pate on the slices of bread, spread with mayonnaise and cover with another slice of bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in the oven for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese and brown the bread. Immediately bring to the table hot.
