Recipes of canned Mackerel


Mackerel – a very valuable Atlantic fish, surprisingly juicy and tender, and has its own ‘signature’ flavour and aroma. It is ideal for canning in vegetable oil or tomato sauce. TM «Aquamarine» tender mackerel meat is full of vitamins (especially B12 and PP), minerals (sodium, phosphorus, chromium, iodine), and trace elements. It is in canned form they remain the best. «Aquamarine» canned fish is produced according to high quality standards. Do not contain preservatives, colouring agents, flavour enhancers and GMOs.

Ingredients:
Mackerel in oil TM «Aquamarine» – 240 g

Cheese durum – 200 g
Boiled eggs – 4
Apples – 2
Peeled walnuts – 100 g
Mayonnaise – 100 g
Method of cooking:
The salad is stacked in layers:
1st layer – sardines are mashed with a fork and mixed with mayonnaise;
2nd layer – finely chopped eggs mixed with mayonnaise;
3rd layer – apples, peeled and grated on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips;
4th layer – grated cheese mixed with mayonnaise;
5th layer – finely chopped walnuts.

Ingredients:
Mackerel in oil TM «Aquamarine» – 240 g

Pizza dough – 500 g Sweet onion – 1
Green olives – 12
Parmesan cheese – 100 g
Tomatoes – 1
Tomato sauce — 3-4 tablespoons
Oregano, wine vinegar to taste
Method of cooking:
Put the dough on the form, after brushing it with olive oil and tomato sauce. Cut the onion thin strips and marinate in 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar for 30 minutes. Rinse the onion with water and put on the whole area of the dough. Sprinkle the pizza with dry oregano. Put the halves of green olives and sliced tomatoes. Lightly press the ingredients onto the dough with the palms to level the stuffing. Gently spread out pieces of mackerel on the dough. Thickly sprinkle all the pizza with parmesan, trying to have the pieces of mackerel stay on top. Put the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Mackerel fillets in tomato sauce TM «Aquamarine» – 1 can

Boiled rice – 0.5 glass
Apple – 3
Egg – 1
Onion – 1
Mayonnaise, parsley to taste
Method of cooking:
Mash the TM «Aquamarine» mackerel fillets in tomato sauce with a fork. Mix the prepared fish with rice. Boil the egg and cut into thin slices. Cut onion rings, finely chop the parsley and mix with mayonnaise, peel the apples and cut into cubes.
All products are cut together, gently mix with mayonnaise.

Method of cooking:
This is a full-fledged separate dish. Delicious and nutritious sardine chunks go well with mashed potatoes or boiled rice, and the spicy tomato sauce would be a great sauce to garnish.
